Make more
...without hiring new people
Surveys of the Icelandic labor market show that employees of companies with an established education policy are much more likely to participate in lifelong learning compared to employees of other companies. An education policy provides a clear framework and delivers benefits for both employees and the company. It is therefore important to follow up on the policy after implementation and inform employees that it exists.
